Job Description

The Solution Engineer is responsible for to provide technical sales and support to the sales team. The role serves as the primary contact point for all customers and sales personnel looking for technical assistance during the pre-sale phase with domain knowledge of perimeter defenses, network and security domains.

The Solution Engineer is expected to:

  • Be a technical product specialist with strong product line understanding.
  • Perform Pre/Post-sales installation & support of products to customers.
  • Perform Proof of Concept and products evaluation to customers.
  • Prepare Post-deployment documentation and conduct user training when required.
  • Conduct technical activities to support sales team.
  • Engineer will be required to travel on-site to customer premises.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

  1.  Education and Experience
    • Have the right attitude & aptitude
    • Good language and communication skills
    • Fresh graduate with interest in Web Security is welcome to apply.
  1.  Knowledge and Skills 
    • Anti-Distributed Denial of Service Knowledge is preferred.
    • Good understanding of the OSI Layers.
    • Web Application Firewall Knowledge is preferred
    • HTTP and SSL Knowledge is preferred
    • A good knowledge or interest in IT Security.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team, possess initiative, willing to learn and a can-do attitude.
    • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills
    • May be required to travel overseas when necessary

  • Basic Salary

Responsibilities:

  • Being a technical product specialist with strong understanding for IT security softwares.
  • Perform Post-sales deployment & support of products to customers.
  • Prepare Post-deployment documentation and conduct user training when required.
  • Support sales team with technical demonstration of softwares.
  • Will be required to perform technical deployment on customer premises.

Requirements:

  • WINDOWS: Knowledge with Windows & Active Directory concepts and administration.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking fundamental concepts.
  • A good knowledge or interest in technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, possess initiative, willing to learn and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fresh grads with relevant IT education background are welcome to apply.

  • UNIX: Knowledge & Experience with Unix & Linux platform, Solaris, AIX will be a plus.

Job Description

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for establishing new channel accounts and manage existing channel accounts. The role serves as the primary contact point to channel partners for all their requirements.

The Channel Sales Manager is expected to:

  • Coordinate and building sales opportunity together within the assigned channel accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship and act as a single point of contact with assigned channel accounts.
  • Regular meeting with key partners.
  • Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the Product Managers.
  • Weekly sales forecast submission to the reporting manager.
  • Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the reporting manager.
  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
  • Work closely with Product Manager in creating product awareness and technology updates to the assigned channel accounts.
  • Approaches strategic partners and set short and long term channel strategies.

Requirements:

  1.  Education and Experience
    • Have the right attitude & aptitude
    • Written and verbal english communication skills
    • Preferably with 3 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level within the IT industry
    • Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment
  1.  Knowledge and Skills 
    • Understand and maneuver within the IT industry
    • Preferable with sales experience
    • Able to position products to complement channel partner offerings
    • Able to effectively communicate sales offerings, and overcome objections
    • Build of strategic relationships with Channel Partner decision makers
    • Motivate Channel Partners and Channel driven sales persons
    • Value add to Channel Partner’s Sales Ecosystem
    • Understanding of sales pipeline management

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary with Commission
  • Commission based on Tiered Targets
    (On Target Earnings per annum should be in the six-figure range)
