Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for establishing new business and manage existing customer accounts. The role serves as the primary contact point to the assigned end user accounts for all their requirements.

The Business Development Executive is expected to:

  • To develop and grow new business opportunities in the assigned customer accounts.
  • Cultivate good working relationship with customers and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • To develop and execute business plan, sales & marketing strategies with our internal Product Manager.
  • Create, manage and follow up on sales leads and referrals.
  • Perform cold calling to prospects, setting appointments for customer’s visit.
  • Achieve/Exceed assigned sales target.

Requirements:

  1.  Education and Experience
    • Have the right attitude & aptitude
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate
    • Written and verbal english communication skills
    • Able to work independently, aggressive and willing to travel within Malaysia
    • Preferably with 1-2 years of selling experience
  1.  Knowledge and Skills
    • Understand and manoeuvre within the IT industry
    • Preferable with sales experience
    • Able to effectively communicate sales offerings, and overcome objections
    • Understanding of sales pipeline management

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary with Commission
  • Commission based on Tiered Targets (On Target Earnings per annum should be in the six-figure range)
  • Car Allowance if driving

Job Description

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for establishing new channel accounts and manage existing channel accounts. The role serves as the primary contact point to channel partners for all their requirements.

The Channel Sales Manager is expected to:

  • Coordinate and building sales opportunity together within the assigned channel accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship and act as a single point of contact with assigned channel accounts.
  • Regular meeting with key partners.
  • Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the Product Managers.
  • Weekly sales forecast submission to the reporting manager.
  • Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the reporting manager.
  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
  • Work closely with Product Manager in creating product awareness and technology updates to the assigned channel accounts.
  • Approaches strategic partners and set short and long term channel strategies.

Requirements:

  1.  Education and Experience
    • Have the right attitude & aptitude
    • Written and verbal english communication skills
    • Preferably with 2-3 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
    • Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment
  1.  Knowledge and Skills
    • Understand and manoeuvre within the IT industry
    • Preferable with sales experience
    • Able to position products to complement channel partner offerings
    • Able to effectively communicate sales offerings, and overcome objections
    • Build of strategic relationships with Channel Partner decision makers
    • Motivate Channel Partners and Channel driven sales persons
    • Value add to Channel Partner’s Sales Ecosystem
    • Understanding of sales pipeline management

Job Description

The Solution Engineer is responsible for to provide technical sales and support to the Product Manager within the same sales team. The role serves as the primary contact point for all customers and sales personnel looking for technical assistance during the pre-sale phase with domain knowledge of web application.

The Solution Engineer is expected to:

  • Be a technical product specialist with strong product line understanding.
  • Perform Pre/Post-sales installation & support of products to customers.
  • Perform Proof of Concept and products evaluation to customers.
  • Prepare Post-deployment documentation and conduct user training when required.
  • Conduct technical activities to support sales team.
  • Engineer will be required to travel on-site to customer premises.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

  1.  Education and Experience
    • Have the right attitude & aptitude
    • Good language and communication skills
    • Fresh graduate with interest in Web Security is welcome to apply
  1.  Knowledge and Skills
    • Anti-Distributed Denial of Service Knowledge is preferred
    • Good understanding of the OSI Layers
    • Web Application Firewall Knowledge is preferred
    • HTTP and SSL Knowledge is preferred
    • A good knowledge or interest in IT Security
    • Ability to work independently and as a team, possess initiative, willing to learn and a can-do attitude
    • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

The Senior Security Engineer is responsible for to provide technical sales and support to the sales team. The role serves as the primary contact point for all customers and sales personnel looking for technical assistance.

The Security Engineer is expected to:

  • Coordinate and building opportunity to educate and provide updates to channel partners on technologies or solutions.
  • Work together with the product manager (specific pairing between security engineer to 1 product manager), to establish and maintain country/account plans to promote sales growth.
  • Travel to countries where Securecraft companies resides in to work with the team on the ground.
  • Achieves assigned quota for products, services, and software. Done thru Proof-Of-Concepts, Enablement Workshop for partners and Demonstration of the assigned solutions.

Requirements:

  1.  Education and Experience
    • Have the right attitude & aptitude
    • Good language and communication skills
    • Sales experience is beneficial
    • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma/A-Levels or equivalent
  1.  Knowledge and Skills (Beneficial)
    • In depth knowledge of Windows Environment in a corporate setting
    • Other operating systems for Endpoint would be beneficial
    • MCSP or MCSE Certs would be beneficial
    • Operational technology knowledge would be beneficial
    • Anti-Malware would be beneficial
    • A good knowledge or interest in IT Security
    • Ability to work independently and as a team, possess initiative, willing to learn and a can-do attitude
    • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills
    • May be required to travel overseas as and when.
